City of Edmonton Crime Stats - A Power BI Project

Used CSV data from Kaggle of Edmonton Neighbourhood Crime Stats from 2009 to 2018.

Designed a Power BI dashboard examining crime trends over time, most common types of crime, and crime incidents per neighbourhood.

Analysis of British Airways Customer Reviews - A Tableau Project

Used CSV data for customer reviews and country mapping to develop an interactive dashboard in Tableau.

Created a filter based on review categories such as food and beverages, entertainment, cabin staff, and ground service.

Hospital Patient Waitlist Analysis with Power BI

Cleaned and prepared hospital patient waitlist data using Power Query to allow for analysis and visualization in Power BI.

Created a dynamic dashboard using custom DAX measures to answer questions related to average and median wait lists between inpatients and outpatients.

How to Create a Dynamic Dashboard in Excel Using Call Center Performance Data

Created an interactive dashboard in Excel using Call Center Performance data.

Calculations include the use of SUMPRODUCT, XLOOKUP, and IF formulas.

Dynamic dashboard shows data by week, by clicking on a scroll bar and selecting the KPIs of interest.

Global COVID-19 Death and Infection Rates, Visualized

Used SQL queries in BigQuery to analyze global COVID-19 death and vaccination data.

Tables from SQL queries were exported as CSV and then uploaded into Tableau to create visualizations and a final dashboard of global infection and death rates.
